The whole Oz Air experience was outstanding start to finish. Adam inspected to give a detailed obligation-free quote, then Les attended to install the air conditioner. The outside unit sat a bit higher than we thought it would, covering some of our bedroom window. It was no trouble for Les, he took it down and shifted the bracket and unit elsewhere.
